Have you ever had a lot of thoughts in your head, but you couldn’t get rid of them, no matter how hard you tried? It seems like sometimes, the thoughts pile up, leaving little room for other things…which can be bad. It’s frustrating, and irritating, especially if it’s difficult to get those thoughts down on paper.
Maybe some sleep will help me to forget some thoughts, so I can make room for new ones.
