Chapter 92: Shyness

Happy Wednesday!

I am a shy person. When I was little, I was afraid to answer the phone or order at a restaurant. Even though I became less shy over time, I still sometimes go back to how I used to be. Today, I was supposed to return a bracelet that I bought, which broke. As I drove past the store with my dad, instead of going in, I lied and said the store wasn’t open. However, my dad saw through my lie and we went back to return it. I could’ve done it myself, yet I was too afraid.

Hopefully tomorrow, my shyness will be out the door and I’ll be able to speak up for myself.

Chapter 56: Musical Memory

Happy Monday!

After coming back to school from Thanksgiving break, I had hoped that the amount of school work given would be a bit lighter. Yet the second I cracked open my assignment planner, any feeble hope I might of had was destroyed as I stared at the mass of black ink that was scribbled all over my week.

So where does coming back from break leave me now? Sitting in my room, blasting classical music while frantically looking through a textbook to finish a music essay. If anyone asked me how much fun I’ve had at school, my current response will be, “ask me again once finals are over.”

Hope you all have a great week!

Chapter 19: Focus Pocus

Happy Saturday!

Have you ever had those days where you simply can’t focus on work? I happen to have a big test on Monday, and I’ve been attempting to study for it all day and I can’t bring myself to hunker down and pay attention(and if my parents are reading this, I’ve also been studying throughout the week too, so don’t worry).

I’m hoping that tomorrow will be a full on study day, mainly because I know I’ll regret it if I don’t. Maybe I’ll find a way that I’ll be able to focus without too many distractions, but then again, it is a college campus!

Hope you’re all having a great weekend! xxoo

Chapter 9: Week of Work

Happy Wednesday to all!

Today marks a milestone, a little one at most. Today marks a week since I’ve started blogging, and I have no intention of stopping anytime in the near future. It’s a nice little accomplishment, and I’m proud of it. I think I’ll be always be proud every time I create a new post, because it’s a way for my thoughts and ideas to get out into the open, to finally have a change for them to be written into words read by you all.

So thanks for one of the best weeks I’ve had so far in my young 18 years.

Hugs to all, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts and ideas. It means the absolute world to me.

Chapter 7: The (Not) Monday Blues

Welcome to the beginning of a new week! I hope it’s a great one for you all.

We’ve all heard the common phrase “Monday Blues”. It’s usually said with a melancholy look on one’s face and often accompanied by a lingering sigh.

Personally, I like Mondays’. Call me crazy, but don’t mind having to wake up on a Monday morning to attend classes. For me, Monday’s are a day that you get to look back and reflect on what you did over the weekend. Monday’s mean a new start to the week, with a range of outcomes and adventures in store for you.

So, how do you stave off the “Monday Blues”? Let me know in the comments below.Image
