Chapters 286 & 287: Under The Weather, But Feeling Better

Happy Monday!

I apologize for my absence yesterday, but I was feeling under the weather. The amount of tissues that were piling up in my garbage can are proof of that. But I’m happy to report that I’m feeling much better today!

Personally, I don’t get sick often, but when I do, it’s like my entire body goes on strike. Does that happen to you? Do you feel like your body gives up and refuses to function properly? How do you deal with being sick? Do you get sick often?

Those are a lot of questions, I know, but I love to learn more about you all 🙂

I’m glad to say that I should be back to a regular blogging schedule soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

Have a great week! xxoo

Today’s challenge is: “Your Favorite Childhood Book”

“Green Eggs And Ham” by Dr. Seuss. It’s one of the first books my parents read to me, and even today, I love the book! It was also my favorite because one of the characters is named Sam, which is my nickname 🙂

So, Day 24 Completed!

Onto the New Challenge! Today is Day 6, which means there are only four more days until the end!

Today challenge is: What motivates you? What truly inspires you to physically push forward and work harder? Is it a movie, book, person, or quote?

A lot of things! My family, my friends, reading, writing, shows, movies, random things! I know that’s not very specific, but I’m very tired and unable to think properly at the moment. Please forgive me 😛

So, Day 6 is Completed!

What your favorite childhood book?

Hope you have a great week! xxoo

Chapters 184, 185 & 186: I Can’t Explain…

Happy Monday!

Do you ever have those days where being productive turns out to make you more stressed? Those days where you want to throw everything into the trash and simply ignore it. Those days where you know you’re supposed to do this work, but looking at the assignment makes you want to burst into tears? Those days are some of the darker days during the school year, and yet, they seem to motivate you to work past the panic and get the work done.

Sorry for not posting this weekend, as I was having an aforementioned day (or two).

Hope you all have a great week!

Chapter 7: The (Not) Monday Blues

Welcome to the beginning of a new week! I hope it’s a great one for you all.

We’ve all heard the common phrase “Monday Blues”. It’s usually said with a melancholy look on one’s face and often accompanied by a lingering sigh.

Personally, I like Mondays’. Call me crazy, but don’t mind having to wake up on a Monday morning to attend classes. For me, Monday’s are a day that you get to look back and reflect on what you did over the weekend. Monday’s mean a new start to the week, with a range of outcomes and adventures in store for you.

So, how do you stave off the “Monday Blues”? Let me know in the comments below.Image
