Chapters 174, 175 & 176: Home(Work) For The Weekend

Happy Friday!

After 12 years in the education system, I have finally figured out the true meaning of homework. While it’s a simple thing, work that is completed at home (duh), I never really thought twice about it until now. Because now, as a college student, I’m home for the weekend, and the amount of work I have to do can’t be completed while on the bus ride to school or frantically in homeroom.

No, the amount of work that’s been assigned for this upcoming week is the equivalent of a giant  wedgie (a mental one), along with a late bus ride, and indoor recess. The fact is, no child enjoys indoor recess in the spring. That also includes college students.

But, at least I’m home and in my own bed…surrounded by textbooks and notes….but still in my bed, so I guess that counts for something.

Who knows, maybe I’ll receive extra credit if I complete it in crayon?

Hope you all have a great weekend!
